  1. Nice to see you around again Chris. I’ve been following you for so long then there was no update on your blog. I understand your predicament. Healthwise, 2023 was not that great for me too. Lost my sense of hearing (wearing hearing aids now), numerous laboratory tests every three months then last quarter of the year, I had another colonoscopy. Thank God, I am still cancer free but I am diabetic now. Way to go, keep safe.🥰

    1. The hearing loss and diabetes will undoubtedly bring about huge adjustments in life. But being told you’re still cancer free must have felt like a monumental relief!
      Wishing you all good health and happiness moving forward. Those laboratory tests can be very confronting. So hopefully they’re all in your past now.
